Cancellation Policy

1-on-1 Consultation Booking Policy (Applies to all SoCal Media & Consulting Packages) Consult Length: Each included consultation is 60 minutes and conducted virtually via Zoom (or preferred platform). Scheduling: Consultations must be booked using our online scheduling link provided after onboarding. Sessions should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are considered forfeited and will not be rebooked. Emergency exceptions may be granted at SoCal Media’s discretion. Attendance: If the client does not attend within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be marked as a no-show and forfeited. Consultant will remain available for the full 60 minutes if the client joins late, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Usage Window: Starter Sprint: 5 hours allotted in 5 sessions, sessions may be combined Growth Engine: 10 hours allotted in 10 sessions, sessions may be combined Operator+: 15 hours allotted in 15 sessions, sessions may be combined Recording & Notes: Clients may request the session to be recorded for personal use. Action items and key recommendations will be shared via follow-up email. Non-Transferable: Consultations are intended only for the client and their direct team members; they cannot be transferred or resold.
